We rent our Orlando kitchen to start-up and existing businesses.  We are a perfect first step if you need a place to make your goods for sale.

Currently, we serve as a commissary for many market vendors, pastry companies, confectioners, mobile food vendors and wedding cake vendors.

What you should know:
  • We charge $200 per month.
  • We can help you get your department of agriculture license if you need it.
  • We don't have a range or provide refrigeration.
  • You must pack in and out each time you use the kitchen.
  • You may use our commercial oven but due to our exclusively vegetarian menu we do not allow the preparation of any meat products in our kitchen.

Here are the steps to get started:
  • You must have $1-million in liability insurance coverage. If you require liability insurance. It typically costs approximately $300 - $500/year.
  • Become a certified food manager.
