Free Lunchtime Workshops:  Monday May 2, 9, 16 and 23 

Join us each Monday for 4 weeks (May 2, 9, 16 and 23) for a free workshop series titled "Practicing Personal Preferences:  An Interactive Self-Strengthening Experience." 
Come for one session, or catch them all.  Plan to arrive a few minutes early to order lunch, or feel free to call ahead with your order.

Monday May 9:  Naming Your Strongest Strengths: How to
                                      Keep from Getting in your Own Way
Monday May 16:  Giving Up and Grabbing On: How to Let Go of
                                      What you do Best to Do Some Things Better
Monday May 23:  Recognizing Resilience: Using SELF-Balance to
    Face Future Adversity
